I assume you are referring to the AC drain.
It is located on the driver side, just toward the center from the gas pedal.
From the outside, you will not be able to see it. It is located in a box in the frame and does not protrude all the way out.
You need to be underneath the vehicle to reach it at all.
On the frame right where the brake line packs turns from horizontal to vertical is a hole roughly 1" in diameter. Facing the vehicle, the drain is in that hole, 1/4" down and 1/2" to the right.
You can feel it if you stick your little finger in the hole so that your finger bends down a little.
If you have an AWD endeavor, this is even more difficult to reach, and should be left to someone with a lift to put the vehicle in the air.

- Hi,
This is very common on endeavors. The drain is very very difficult to clear yourself, especially without a lift.
You will not be able to access the drain from the inside either.
There are two approved repairs fro Mitsubishi:
Removing the entire dashboard and ac box to remove the debris/leaves/etc by hand. This requires an AC evacuation machine and familiarity with automotive disassembly.
The second, newer approved repair (authorized September 09) is to drill an access hole in the driver side of the evap box and remove debris using a small vacuum attachment.
I would strongly recommend you let a professional do either of these repairs. The first if you are out of warranty will run you around $800. The second, hole drilling method, only about $100.
If you have a non-AWD model, you can get an airhose into the drain tube through that 1" hole you found to blast the debris away from the hole and allow it to drain, but it will take practice to get it right. I do these sometimes on a bi-daily basis and it still takes a while to get the angle right on them.
If you have an AWD, your only options are to clear the debris via removal of dash or drilling of access hole.
