Are you wanting to replace only the axle? or are you wanting to replace the entire differential? Why are you replacing it? Is the axle broken?

Jack up the rear and support with jack stands on the frame,Disconnect the drive shaft,remove rear wheels and brake assemblies,remove Ubolts and remove axle assembly.
