Problem for Ford 2004 GT

Ford galaxy 2004 instument panel lights not

ford galaxy 2004 instument panel lights not working, fuse ok, it happened before but they came on again by themselvs, blinkers and door open, battery lights, in the center of instument panel all work. Also radio cd works, but no lights around the middle console (by radio cd)

You may have a faulty circuit in the instrament panel assembly, only further testing would prove or disprove my theory?
