how to reprogram key for audi tt 2000 just replaced batteries got spare key hav tried puting spare in ignition the other key in door lock and pressed unlock but no lights flashed

if you have just replaced the batteries this procedure should work if not get back to me and we will try the next step.................
press lock or unlock button
manually lock and unlock drivers door within 30 seconds
system should now lock and unlock vehicle
press lock or unlock button
