Heater is not working. A/C works properly, blower, and all fuctions works, but no heat. Heater blows cold all the time.

Have you checked the engine coolant level?
The coolant can be low enough to starve your heater core, but high enough to still keep the engine from over heating.
If the coolant bottle is empty, make sure you top off the radiator itself... well it's cooled off.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME. I WENT THROUGH TWO WINTERS IN A COLD TRUCK. IT'S WAS NOT BAD BECAUSE I LIVE IN HOUSTON,TX 60 DEGREE WINTERS. HAHA

IN THE CENTER CONSOLE NEAR THE PASSENGER THERE IS A LITTLE HARNESS (TO THE HEATER DOOR) IT COULD BE THAT SOMEONE UNPLUGGED IT WITH THEIR FEET WHEN SITTING IN THE MIDDLE (RIDING *****) =).
