How do I change the spark plugs on a 1995 holden apollo?

Oh I'm not an expert on this car but if you have platinum plugs or similar plugs in it that means they don't need to be changed as often due to the fact that it is a big job.Most cars nowadays are set up in such a way that you have to take off the whole air induction setup just to get to them.My advice if this is the case is to get someone else to do it.
