you should be able to access the bulb from inside the engine compartment at the rear of the headlight assembly. the connector that holds the bulb in usually has a large O ring. give it a half turn and it should come off. pull the bulb back out of the housing and replace it with a new one. be VERY CAREFUL not to touch the bulb with your fingers as it will shorten the life of the bulb.
