Bluetooth in Prius 2007 suddenly won't connect to cell phone(s)

it seems no one has loaded a map of your city into its memory before ,so its looking for a cell system hook up to get one , you could connect it to your cell phone via Bluetooth and then it could get a map that way

You will need the dealer to run some special testing.

You have no choice here but to seek the dealers assistance, repair of this problem takes very specialized equipment.

I've had nothing BUT trouble with LG and bluetooth.

sounds like your cv-joint is bad

your local toyota dealer should take no more than 1/2 hour to reprogram all remotes and keys to match...(the computer only allows 30 mins before the whole sequence has to be redone...)

OK - If you are getting the SIG instead of Phone connected in the X Type - You need to enter the code - for the 2007 X Type, the Code is ##3#*# - Which should then say waiting and finally SIG ****** which means it is connectable - To pair your phone, goto bluetooth and pair device, wait until the Jaguar is found. When prompted for the numerical code it is 1313
