Speed is to high for short periods of time-3599 rpm, 32500 rpm 1500 rpm after I RELEASE THE throttle.

Which one?... 3599, 32500, or 1500 after you release the throttle? Are you saying the initial RPM is at 3599, then drops to 3250, and then again to 1500? If so, is this over a coulple of minutes?... OR is this after an hour or so?

dear friend-there is a future build into these cars that brings the idling down slowly,im not saying this is the case,it is sometimes irretable but serves it"s pupose,
if the periode is longer than normal then it could be the tps sensor,hook up to a diagnostic machine and get the fault codes,
