My dash lights and tail lights wont turn off after

my dash lights and tail lights wont turn off after i had a new deck put in

- the guys at best buy! they used a after market harness and wired it to the deck harness then plugged it in! but when the guy that stole it he cut the factory harness out and took it too so now its just wires
