Where is the fuse box on my 1993 Chevrolet Silverado? and

It won't blow hot or cold air on defrost, or any other setting. I don't know where my fuse box is so I can check it out.

I don't have a fix for you but I can tell you that if you are getting at least the blower motor to make noise, then this is a not a fuse related problem but rather a air blender door problem. Do you have A/C?

Heater/defrost doesnt blow hot heater hoses one

The heater core is probably clogged. The best method i have found is to remove the heater hoses, and blast compressed air into one side or the other in short bursts. This will tend to launch a clump of sludge out of the other side, and is very messy. Once the heater core is unclogged and reconnected, it is a good idea to chemically flush the entire cooling system, then flush with clean water and refill with universal coolant.

Air blows out thru the vents but just no hot air, aslo i have to hit the dash for the air to come out thru the dash vents at times.

sounds like bad acuator motor, this is what moves the door in heater box to set hot or cold air, and other motors to set air to blow thru defrost, vent or floor. good luck.
