I have a 1989 pace arrow RV. After I turn both the aux battery and the main battery switches off they will not turn back on.I have been having to change out the 30 amp breaker from under the hood. Does anyone know why this may be happening and what to do to fix the problem?

I would take another look at how the two batteries are connected to one another. Here is a schematic to go by
