Problem with annoying clicking noise

I dont know if it works the same, but I drive a 2006 Mitsu Lancer Ralliart. When you push the recirc air button, a little motor closes a little gate that blocks outside air and pulls the air from the interior instead. The blower motor is located behind the glovebox. It is secured by a couple screws.
I guess its possible that a foreign object such as a leaf or something is touching the blower motor and causing the noise.

most likley fell off the track. you need to take door panal off and put window back on the track. maybe this will help you:

the heat system on most vehicles use the same basic technologies,using the hot water that coming from an running engine to produce hot air inside car to keep you warm ....to start please ck if the heater core lines are propely atached to the core outlets , ck if they arent not crossed,ck if they arent not cruched ,plugt ,by passed ,ck the valve for openning and closing propely, ck for a good workin thermostat ,plenty of fluid in the radiator cap sealed no leaks/ make shure the blower fans is working propely.......nicolas.....
