My 92 Chevy Lumina isnt starting. its acting like

My 92 Chevy Lumina isnt starting. its acting like it is out of gas but it has a half of a tank and the engine is getting fuel. so its not the fuel pump or fuel filter. can anyone help me out

what is the fuel pressure at the fuel pressure test port on the top of the engine near the injectors? are the injectors pulsing and delivering fuel to the cylinders? Do u have any OBD 2 trouble code? do u have spark? yes you need to do some home work here.

you can be getting fuel but it has to be enough pressure to operate injectors. this can only be determined with a gage..does it fire if u spray starting fluid in the intake and crank ? if so u havent enough pressure from pump.
