This will work on yours. It is called a pcm reset. The only thing it does is reset the codes. The check engine light may pop back up. But for now this will turn it off untill you fix the problem.
To reset the PCM, all you have to do is disconect the neg battery cable. Then turn the key to the START position for about 20 seconds. Then reconnect you battery and your all set. If this doesn't work then disconnect negative cable and do a on and off cycle with your key.
Check
engine light comes on and off, these are indication that there is some
error code stored in your vehicles ECM. The engine module computer
needs to be scanned. These will give the code and as per the error code the
further problem can be detected and confirmed. The engine light
indicator blinks or remains steady on dash when engine computer
noticed any problem with any engine electrically operated components.
