IN THE RAIN ONLY MY ESCAPE STARTS AND SHUTS OFF A COUPLE TIMES THEN IT WILL START AND BE FINE WHY IN THE RAIN DOSE IT HAVE PROBLEMS STARTING I ALREADY CHANGED THE FUEL FILTER, PLUGS AND CAPS??
