The dryer that you are talking about is mounted to the a/c condensor assy. infront of the radiator. I do not think that there is a low pressure switch by the drier on this particular model though. This particular vehicle uses an evaporator temp. sensor to control the operation, much like most cars using a low pressure switch. The problem with this type of set up is that you must remove the entire dash assy. to get to the sensor. If you can give me a little more info on the problem that you are having, I will be glad to further assist you.

this is caused by a burnt out blower motor speed control resistor module.
SOURCE: how to change regulator motor on a 2003 buick
from Ehow.com. Long answer
All Buick automobiles now have powered windows for both front and back doors. These powered windows use a motor attached to a continuous screw that lifts and lowers a lattice device for opening and closing the window. Each window also has a window regulator to tell the motor when to stop both lowering the window and raising it into place. Occasionally, this regulator will become faulty and need to be replaced. Although not a difficult procedure, it does mean having to disassemble the Buick's door.
jQuery('.intro .thumbnail').each(function(i,e){
jQuery(e).find('img').one('error',function(){ jQuery(e).remove(); });
});
Door Armrest
It should take no longer than an hour to complete this project. One quick warning, however---never force or strain any part to remove it. If a component does not come free easily, then check again for an extra screw or retaining clip. Don't get frustrated and break something that ends up being more expensive than the cost of the new regulator!

I just replaced the blower motor resistor on my 2003 Rendezvous. I bought the resistor at the GM dealership for $48 (AC Delco). The part number was 25928168. The fan now works in all five speeds.
For electrical parts, I only trust the dealership for the latest revised components.
