IM INSTALLING A NEW FLEX PLATE ON A NEW CHEV 350

Did you use the Internal/External lock washers?

(Internal Lock Washer: These type of lock washers have 'teeth' around the inside edge, where the bolt goes through.
External Lock Washer: These type have 'teeth' around the outside edge.
There is also an Internal/External Lock Washer)

I believe I would have used Loctite to insure the bolts do not come loose. Two drops per bolt is all you need. Red Loctite.

Using ARP bolts, deems to me someone is looking to use a lot of horsepower, and may be headed to the racetrack. I'd want to make sure these puppy's do not come out at high RPM's.

Or just a daily driver? You should have a locking device on the bolt. Guess what happens if the flex plate comes loose? Just a little bit?

It cracks where the bolt holes are in the flex plate. You'll think you have a broken connecting rod, or rod bearing/s is bad.

thats fine, i prefer to use locktite myself, but i normally build performance engines, lots more vibrations.
