How do I get seat covers on under the seat belts which are mounted within the seats themselves?

MAKE A CUT WHERE THE SEATBELTS MEET,PUT THE SEATBELTS THRU, THEN COVER THE SEATS ,AND THE SEATBELTS SHOULD BE FINE
