I have an 86 toyota 4x4 with the 22r motor. my problem is the blower motor only works on the highest 2 settings for the fan. Is their a relay that is bad? why doesn't it work on all 4 positions like it should?

it could just be the switch,, or more likley to be the resistor burned out or the reostat? (same thing realy)
