I own 07 plate golf 1.6 fsi 34k miles which appears to have a knocking sound with some slight vibration especially when cold. Also there is a grinding noise especially from front discs. My mileage is very low around town.
VW Dealer says brakes are ok and that all brakes suffer when not getting hot to burn off the dirt on brakes.
Are these common faultswith this model
