My Buick Park Avenue seems to have a heating problem. I am able to get heat on the drivers side and it only blows cold air on the passengers side. Also, it seems like it is only blowing cold air on top for the windshield? Any help would be appreciated.

SOURCE: 1998 buick park avenue drivers side blows cold, passenger side hot

sounds like the drivers temp door actuator is not working should be located on the drivers side of the air box down by the gas pedal or center dash area.

My 98 Buick Park Avenue has driver and passenger AC settings but the passenger side always blows hot air. Very cold on drivers side. Why??Can't stand the heat even when vent is closed.

Try unplugging the battery for 5 min's to re-sync the dual climate controls. If that fails it is likely that the air temperature control blend door is sticking to in the heated air position, this is either due to the door being warped and sticking inside the duct work or the electric actuator for the door being defective, both are usually replaced.

Blowing cold air ,no heat

Not exactly certain, but sounds like you have a broken "blend door" or acuator malfunction

'99 Park Ave, No drivers heat

Check the operation of the drivers blend door actuator. Sounds like its stuck or broken. Does the temp display on the dash flash?
