i have a 99 Tahoe that has lost all power after a normal startup all fuses look good, it just kinda popped and died-please help

- been a couple of hours i tried again some lights light and you can hear the relays kicking, i tried starting it and eveything died again, then the lights slowly fire back up but no power/turning from engine
