03 htundai tiberon 2.7 gt. loud rattle noise in

i have been a ford repair tech for 15 years. a friend asked me to look at her 03 hyundai tiberon 2.6 gt. has a load ratching rattle type noise in top of engine. said it just happened . also has cel on cylinder 2, 4 and 6 missfire. pulled valve cover and timing chain and cams appear to be ok. engine is very clean inside.

has she recently changed the spark plugs? or change to a diff type of oil? may want to check oil pressure and increase oil weight.
