My 2003 audi a4 engine shakes, vibrates, rattles

My 2003 audi a4 engine shakes, vibrates, rattles when warming up from the night before. I just had the motor mounts replaced. The car has 102k miles on it and Ive been told it needs tranny fluid flush and differentials fluid flush

change out your distributor cap sometimes if its not pushing the right amount of current to your spark plugs it will cause a misfire it wont throw a code but will make your car vibrate violently. also check your compression and timing
