It goes in the hole behind the toothed timing belt in the center of the picture. Expect a shop to get 5-6 hours labor. If you're in range of upstate NY, let me know - I can do that job for you (and the timing service as well, since there's a lot of labor and you're already in there). Post here as a followup reply if you need more information on doing the job yourself or if you want to talk about having it done.
