Inside the trunk there is a plastic handle attached to a small cable, this is the manual release, it is near the door, u mau have to pull the trunk linning back to see it.

You need to remove the filler neck, it has screws I think inside the gas fill door. Pull it out of the fuel tank, go under the car and remove the old rubber donut seal where tube enters the fuel tank, spray some car cleaner on the rubber and as quickly as possible insert the tank fill tube and put it all back together.
Below driver side rear door just inside of the frame is a stainless tank filter with black plastic hoses with squeeze clips to release the lines and a 5/16" hose clamp holding it in the frame mount.
There should be a manual release in the trunk. Sometimes it's hidden behind the carpet panel, but it will be near the trunk lid or near the gas tank lid on the interior of the trunk.
