What could be causing diesel fuel to be getting in

what could be causing diesel fuel to be getting in the coolant system? I've flushed the system out to rule out human error.

I'd have cooling system pressure tested with injectors out, as I suspect cracked injector sleeves, unless head gasket is bad, but I'd check the sleeves first.

its the head gasket going on you,,, its not going to last much longer thats the only place it could come from,,,
