Hi i have a 2000 s10 LS ext cab its stuck in 4

hi i have a 2000 s10 LS ext cab its stuck in 4 high i push 2 high lights blink and relay box on passside kick pannel clicks but no click down by trans was working but had to stop car put in nutural and push 4hi botton or hit 4 lo then 4h to get it locked in now its stuck in 4 hi any place i should look for a problem spot?
