1997 chevy astro drivers power window goes down

1997 chevy astro drivers power window goes down but will only come up about an inch at a time. with about a 5 min wait between attempts to raise it. The switch tested ok. The passenger door window works fine

Power Window motor seems to be going . There are two motors in the door panel one to raise and one to lower ....i would replace the raising motor.
Should only take 2hrs for novice.
