2008 Chrysler 300 sporadic electrical problem at ignition

Sporadically when I turn the ignition key, the car starts, but none of the electrical features work. When I put the car in gear and start driving, all warning lights appear on the dashboard.
I immediately turn the car off and restart it and all of the electrical systems work fine. This has been happening off and on for the past year until I take it to the dealer, of course.

This seems to happen most often when the weather changes.

Sounds like a short or loosening wire somewhere - have any "after- market" accessories been added ??? new stereo or amp ?? check these item and there wiring if so. It could also be the ignition switch itself......unfortunately - you may have to wait for a permanent failure to find the cause

2008 Chrysler 300 : turn the ignition key and it takes ten sceonds to start.

10secs before it starts cranking or it cranks for 10-seconds before it starts. If the latter, that's the sign of a failing fuel pump.

Left Turn Signal works sporadically

Could be the relay, But I have recently had a situation where the bulb was having poor contact in the socket, and it worked very sporadically. I solved my problem by removing my bulb, gently bend the wires on my bulb out like a rainbow, be easy, don't bend them much, just make sure they aren't flat against the bulb. Do both sides and repalce bulb. Worked like a charm for me!

you can check the ignition switch but for such a young car its pretty unlikely. If its not the ignition switch then you have an electrical wiring issue and those are typically very complex.
