Have a 2009 Nissan Quest I can't turn the heat off. Just stays on a high level of blowing out heat .

If you have a fan that has different speed settings (1234, or low med high etc) and the only one that works is high - then the blower resistor pack has failed. If you have a climate control unit (where you just pick a temp you want) then the fan is controlled by the heating system and it sets fan speed. If you have climate control style try lowering the temp to a lower setting (current temp in vehicle) and see if fan slows down. If not then climate control unit or fan resistor bad. If dial type and you get nothing on lower settings (only high works like mentioned above) you need to change blower resistor. It is located under dash near the fan itself. Look for small unit bolted in duct near fan with wire plug going to it.

Blower fan motor only runs on 3 and 4

easy we love these,
year, car, and model, and actual accurate , symptoms.
i must assume it runs on high , a key factor.
my guess is 4 = max. or high.
most cars high is bypass mode, (direct fan drive)
so tells you that the speed reduction part is DOA. in part or more...
on most cars this is called the fan resistor block.
ill look up that in my USA FSM and see. now.

ok with or without climate control options,
i roll dice and land on none.
this car does have the fan resistor block 3 speeds (resistors) and dirct drive for 4 total speeds.
your resistor block is bad.

if your car has the V6 or advanced climate control option
all the above is Bull.
the CC options uses advance fan modulation to run the fans
PWM its called. and usaully never fails
the CC system has self test mode, its in the FSM , ill not attempt
to do that, pages, long.....
there you go,
Btw all this was at alldata.com and the free fsm.

my guess is, it's a non CC car.

2007 chrysler town country climate control

If the other speeds work, the blower motor resistor would need to be changed. It controls the speed of the fan as you move from on speed to the next. It is an inexpensive fix and only 2 screws.

Why wont my a/c or heater fan come on?

When the blower works only on the high setting its usually a bad blower resistor which is right near the blower motor. now you say it would always blow high regardless of the fan speed setting that would indicate probably the climate control unit or a connector problem somewhere. finally it not working at all may be the climate control unit or connection went bad even further. it might have a blown fuse or a bad blower motor in addition to the climate control unit or connector problem .check for power and ground at the blower motor. the power is supplied from fuses and may have a relay also. the ground is supplied from the climate control unit and goes through the resistor to control the fan speed. good luck

Fan control knob on a/c and heater will only run on high speed. 2003 dodge mini van

I replaced the fan module under the glovebox on my 2005 Town & Country last night. Mine would not shut off at all with key on. It only blew on high no matter where I set the switch. Mine also had the climate control which makes a difference. If it is not the auto climate control it is usually the blower resistor if the other fan speed selections don't blow at all except on high.

Front ac blower fan only works on only

many vechicles have a relay that when defective does not allow low speed operation, (it usually controls the lo speed) check in the relay and fuse box, there may be two boxes one not as obvious

A/c heater climat control switch

Check the relais module located inside under the rh side of the heather box you can see the connector most of them need to be replaced as they burn out you may need to replace the blower motor as well, high amp draw caused by faulty bearings will overload the blower motor controller
