Turnsignals and flashers not working

when i put on my turnsignals all my dash gauges quit working. I have no turnsignals or flashers

sounds like an earth problem ,but where ??? remember reading experts answer on this model and it was the earth point behind the dash?? but i have no product experiance on this model to be able to tell you where to look for the earth point
