I have a 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT. Sometimes when I start the car and begin driving the speedometer will stay at 0 and sometimes it works fine. What's wrong?

Here is the fuse box diagram, but the Elantra appears to have a rather funky battery fuse! Most vehicles have a main battery fuse but it is on the battery connector wire. If you put in a new ECM, was it programmed to the vehicle?
Hello Rene,My name is Andy and i am going to help you solve your problem i need you to go to the closest place to connect the OBD2 which is a port of communication between the cars computer and the obd2 reader if you have i code with the speedsensor this can be the problem normally this sensor is located on the transmission or if it is not throwing any code you just need to replace your cluster .....
Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.
It's probably a loose wire or adjusting nut on the clutch switch. Check and adjust it. Look under the dash on top of the clutch pedal arm there's a simple push button switch like the brake light switch. Even if you need a new switch it's only $10.
