My Toyota Sienna stays at 1000 rpms after completely coming to a stop at a stoplight and will move forward when i take my foot off the brake (on level surfaces). Also drives 15 - 25 miles per hour for 1/2 mile or so when slightly giving it gas after turning onto my street.
