If the front trans mount, then you have to remove the complete assembly, and replace the mount then re-install the assembly. The rear trans mount is easier. FIRST YOU'LL NEED TO SUPPRT THE MOTOR WITH A JACK! UNBOLT THE MOUNT FROM MOTOR, JACK THE MOTOR UP TO CLEAR MOTOR MOUNT, AND UNBOLT IT FROM THE FRAME! REPLACE IT, BOLT THE MOUNT TO THE FRAME FIRST, THEN LOWER THE MOTOR BACK INTO THE MOUNT, AND REBOLT THE MOTOR!
Put the car on ramps. Using a floor or scissor jack and a block of wood, find aa appropiate safe place to jack up the motor to relieve the tension on the motor mount you wish to replace. Remove the old mount and replace with a new one.
yes you can, fairly easy fix usually. requires you to get a new mount, support motor with jack and undo motor mount bolts, raise motor off the mount, replace mount, lower motor back into position, resecure motor mount bolts, and your done. usually just the rubber gets worn out on those things, pretty common.
