Try checking the fuse in the fuse box panel either under your hood, or under your dash. If the metal on the inside of the fuse is busted, then your horn won't work.
It could be the fuse that has blown. Please check the fuse box under the hood for any blown fuses. Replace if found blown.
Second reason could be the maladjusted contact points. They have to be so adjusted that the come in contact when you press the horn button or whatever your car has.
Third reason could be the wires have broken. Please check the wire from the battery onwards to the horn switch to the horn.
