Sounds like your brake pedal detector switch is stuck on. On the brake pedal lever/mechanism look for a small switch that is broken. Exact location of and type of switch will vary with your model truck. Local auto parts stores should carry them, nothing expensive usually.
When you press the brake pedal down, the lever is supposed to press the switch down, and when you let go of the brakes nornally the small switch should spring back and turn off brake lights.

your brake light switch is stuck. I've had this problem before myself. The switch is usually located up under the dash(drivers side) at the back of the brake pedal. just reach up to it and pull it back out. you can get a new on at the auto parts store, and take about 10 minutes to change. hope this helps, and please rate. helpful or not
