Hi I had the same problem water on passenger floor. It came from the extenal air cabin filter on the right side of the car under the plastic cover of the windshield. There was a ruber strip that was missing under cover and water was able to fall onto the filter and run into the car. After replacing this rubber strip the water stopped coming in. Hope this helps you.
HI. This will occur if the heater core has ruptured(leaking). This will allow for the transfer of coolant onto the passenger side floor. Replacing the core will solve this issue.
The drain hole in clogged from debris the made it way through the screen. Water is backing up into the air filter on the passengers side because it can't drain. It happened on my 2002 Impala. I took off the plastic cover on the passengers side (It come apart from the drivers side) vacuumed and ran a hanger down the drain hole. You could try a power nozzle in the hole too. You should see the water draining through under the car.
Do you notice this after it rains>> This seems to be a common problem with Dodge Vehicles.
There is
a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. If this seal is cracked
or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood.
You
may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. First pour water over
the area, if it comes in the car there is your problem.
You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .
