MY 1995 VOLVO 850 TURBO STATION WAGON IS HAVING PROBLEM STARTING. ON THE DASH BOARD AN ARROW IS POINTING TO THE BATTERY. IS IT THAT SIMPLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. PLUS THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A YEAR BEFORE I PURCHASED IT

If a car has been sitting for that long then the battery is going to be bad 90% of the time. Get a new battery and put some fresh gas in and you will on the road,.when you go to the parts store have them check the old battery to make sure but I bet that it is bad.
