1997 rear window defogger won't work in damp or

97 Saturns had a series of bad switch assemblies on the dash above the radio. I was not the origial owner of mine, but they kept records and took it in for warranty work and alot of the the switches and wiring has been changed. May want to look in that direction. Other than that, maybe the seal around the back window is bad (did it get replaced recently) and is grounding out when it gets wet. I have seen this happen on aircraft.
