Also check the 2 drain tubes on either side of your sun roof. This might be plugged and needs to be cleared.
If not water backs up and will begin to leak..

Clean up the railings and check the rubber mouldings to be sure they are not worn, and no dents around the sunroof. Also the closing linkages probably need some lubrication to ensure tight closing.
