1993 Ford Festiva: No power at fuel pump relay.

No power at fuel pump relay. Changed relay, changed distribution board. Power coming from ignition switch, but no power from distribution board. Any ideas?

there is a reset button under the speaker grill on the rear driver side strut tower. If the car was involved in an accident or there was excessive forward or rearward movement all of a sudden it could trip it and it needs to be reset.
