It ok to use regular gas on a 2005 infiniti q56 if not what can happen?

Using the recommended 91 octane gasoline is your best choice. Using lower octane can cause fouling, miss-fire and detonation(pinging). While not too detrimental in the short term, this can cause premature engine wear over time. If you really need to save money at the pump, Try mixing regular or mid grade with premium in various ratios until you find a blend that runs well. Or Don\'t buy a car that requires premium.

What kind of gas does a maxima 2001

According to page 10-3 of the 2001 Nissan Maxima Owner's Manual:

FUEL RECOMMENDATION
Unleaded premium gasoline with an octane
rating of at least 91 AKI (Anti-Knock Index)
number (Research octane number 96)
If unleaded premium gasoline is not available,
unleaded regular gasoline with an
octane rating of at least 87 AKI (Research
octane number 91) can be used.
However, for maximum vehicle performance,
the use of unleaded premium gasoline
is recommended.

Engine "knock" is not just an unusual sound - but over time can cause real damage to the engine. You *should* use fuels with the recommended octane levels, but if you choose to use fuel with a lower octane level due to reduce fuel costs - do not repeatedly use fuel that causes engine knock. Find the "sweet spot" between the cost of lower octane fuel and an octane level that does not cause knocking. Expect fuel economy and performance to drop with lower octane fuels, too.

Good luck!

I accidently put super unleaded gas.on my VW beetle 2002

That is not a problem it is actually recommended that you use premium 93-94 Octane fuel, if you put turbo blue (115) in it that would be a problem but 93-94 octane is the VW recommended fuel type.

Hi!!
You can use Regular Unleaded or Super Unleaded gasoline. The difference is the octane content. and the price of course. Your vehicle will work just fine using Regular Unleaded gasoline.

My father and mother both have 1966 Valiant cars. They are concerned about the phasing out of unleaded petrol as they understand they cannot use E10. Are they able to use premium unleaded? My father tried...

E10 is only 10% alcohol and should not give those cars much of a problem.
Alcohol actually raises the octane rating as it does not detonate as easily as gasoline. The major drawback to alcohol is that it cannot produce the same amount of heat (power) as gasoline does, so in relaity you need twice as much to do the same amount of work...Therefore a vehicle that gets 20mpg on gasoline will only get 17-18 when using an alcohol additive.
The major component in fuel that prevents wear and engine knocking is lead which was phased out many years ago.
If your parents have any problems with the alternative fuel one good thing is neither of their vehicles have a catalytic converter. Therefore they can use lead additives, octane boosters etc as fuel additives with no subsequent problems.
You can also alter (advance) the ignition timing a few degrees (max 8 degrees, min TDC) which can often re-gain any lost performance.
In extreme cases, the main carb jet can be replaced with a slightly larger one. (problem is finding one and installing it) But that is generally unnecessary.

CAN YOU USE REGULAR GAS IN A 2006 LEXUS GX470?

Only short term when absolutely necessary...

Your owner's manual says:
"
Fuel selection:
Select premium unleaded gasoline with an Octane Rating
of 91 (Research Octane Number 96) or higher for optimum
engine performance. However, if such premium type
cannot be obtained, you may temporarily use unleaded
gasoline with an Octane Rating as low as 87 (Research
Octane Number 91)."

Jaguar s-type restricted performance displayed

Its most likely the coils and spark plugs, sometimes caused by oil leaking from the valve cover gasket. The coils deteriorate over time from engine heat and need to be replaced at 90-100k
Local garages don't have the Jaguar diagnostics terminal and are unable to do more than find basic error codes with a reader. Its important to get this fixed because it's causing damage to your caltalytic converters. They are expensive.

I just bought it and need to no which gas is best for it out of the three types. and if i put regular gas in, will that break it!

when you open the gas flap to put gas in it should say "unleaded fuel only" or " premium unleaded fuel only". If it says premium only use premium. If it just says unleaded then you can use normal unleaded gas. But some stations have a lower grade unleaded gas. Use 88 octane or better.
