There are many other causes to investigate. Intermittent shut down can be caused by a bad ignition switch or other intermittent bad connection in ignition system, fuel pump beginning to fail, coil beginning to fail or a bad relay. This is the kind of problem that shops hate because during testing, unless something has left a stored code, everything will test fine When the engine shuts down, you need to determine what's missing ...fuel or spark. Then you can begin to track down the problem. You will need a decent digital multi-meter and a manual such as chilton or haynes as a guide for those tests. No competent tech will replace parts by guessing...you should not either.
