your blend doors are broken in the heater box, go to heatertreater.net they have a diy fix kit that is the buisness, you can install in around half an hour and really does work

most likely the little arm that moves the door is broken(common problem)
first you need to check that the hoses going to the heater are getting hot if they are both then the problem is in the dash

Check to ensure you have coolant/water in the radiator. No fluid means you can't transfer heat from the engine to the heater core...
