Problem for Chevrolet 1999 S-10 Pickup

I have no fuel injector signal to #4 injector.

You won't see the pull-down signal if the injector winding is open. The connector should have +12 volts on one side and the other goes directly to the computer. A voltmeter doesn't usually register these pulses as they are short in duration--use an oscilloscope.
