2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette- has had electrical problems for a couple of years- brake lights and turn signals intermittently working, not working, flashing quickly,burning out, horn going off unexpectedly, rear warning signal going off unexpectedly, gas gauge not working, etc-- all problems seemed to be tied to electric system- mechanic so far unable to dignase- any suggestions?
