I'll just post both tasks and you choose the appropriate one:

Except Cab-Mounted Tanks
  1. Drain the tank.
  2. Jack up your vehicle and support it with jack stands.
  3. Remove the clamp on the filler neck and the vent tube hose.
  4. Remove the gauge hose which is attached to the frame.
  5. While supporting the tank securely, remove the support straps.
  6. Lower the tank until the gauge wiring can be removed.
  7. Remove the tank.
  8. Install the unit by reversing the removal procedure. Make certain that the anti-squeak material is replaced during installation.
  9. Lower the vehicle.

Cab-Mounted Tanks
  1. Remove the seat back hold-down bolts and tilt the seat back forward.
  2. If equipped, remove the tank cover.
  3. Drain the tank.
  4. Disconnect the fuel line, meter wire, and ground wire.
  5. Remove the lug wrench and lug wrench mount.
  6. Remove the bolts and fasteners securing the tank in place.
  7. Remove the tank from the cab, and at the same time, disengage the filler neck from the rubber grommet in the cab opening.
  8. Remove the meter assembly from the tank.
  9. Installation is the reverse of removal.
