You will need some line wrenches just follow the hose from the caliper and you will see it attaches to a metal line. first loosen the fitting and then remove the clip that holds it in. then remove it from the caliper , be a good idea to clean with brake clean first to prevent dirt contamination. after your done simply open the bleeder on the caliper and let all the air out. check the master reservoir and you should be good

Thanks for your answer. I did already know about unscrewing the hose from the caliper, I just am not certain as to where the OTHER END of the hose disconnects from. I can't tell if the rubber hose seperates from the metal tubing, or if the metal tubing is actually part of the hose I will need to replace. There is a rubber boot around the hose, where it connects to the metal tubing, and I have been unable to move this boot to see how the rubber hose is connected to the metal tubing. I guess I can go ahead and buy the new brake line and THEN I should be able to tell where the other end is connected. Thanks again for your help!
